From Mills Brewing - "Spectre Sister is a blend of two extra pale beers produced in March and July 2018. The worts were made with maize, wheat, oats and raw barely. They fermented in a freshly emptied cider barrel from Tom Oliver and an ex-bourbon whiskey barrel. The resulting blend conditioned in bottle for nine months, producing an effervescent, bright and delicate saison."
